Terms of Service
Your agreement with Bouncely
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bouncely ("we," "our," or "us") and our email verification service available at gobouncely.com ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
To use Bouncely, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including email address, name, and profile picture (if signing up via Google).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may not share your account with others without our prior written permission.
2. Service Usage
Bouncely provides single and bulk CSV email verification services.
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and may not use it to harass, spam, or violate any laws or third-party rights.
You are responsible for the emails you submit for verification. Do not submit emails you do not have permission to verify.
3. Credits and Payments
Credit-Based Model
Bouncely operates on a credit-based system. Each email verification, whether performed individually or through bulk CSV uploads, consumes credits.
Free Credits
New users receive 500 free credits upon signup.
Free credits are one-time only, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Bouncely reserves the right to modify or discontinue free credits at any time.
Purchased Credits
To continue using the Service beyond the free credits, users must purchase additional credits through pay-as-you-go purchases or subscription plans.
Purchased credits never expire and may be used at any time unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans provide a fixed number of credits each billing period.
Unused subscription credits roll over and do not expire.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.
Bouncely does not store or process payment card details.
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds may be granted only if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no credits have been used.
Refund requests must be submitted to billing@gobouncely.com with proper purchase and account details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.
Once any credits are used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at gobouncely.com/legal/privacy-policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access Bouncely's underlying systems.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited emails or spam.
- Upload or submit malicious or illegal content.
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks associated with Bouncely are our property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bouncely provides the Service "as-is" and does not guarantee 100% accuracy of email verification.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
