When you create a new account, your 100 welcome credits are placed in a pending state.
To activate and unlock them, you simply need to complete our quick 1-minute onboarding form (letting us know your estimated verification volume and current tools). Once submitted, the 100 free credits are credited immediately to your balance and ready to use!
- Purchased Credits: Never expire! Any credits you buy remain in your balance permanently until you choose to use them.
- Free Monthly Credits: Free credits reset to 100 credits on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC. Unused free credits do not roll over to the following month.
API access is exclusively available to paid customers.
If your account is on the free tier, API key generation and API access are disabled by default to safeguard system infrastructure and prevent automated abuse.
